Winkels Techniek is also big enough and has the experience and workmanship to take care of all the installation technology of any housing construction project (big or small) on our behalf. All jobs are different, but Winkels Techniek performs each job with the same core values: the installations need to provide convenience and safety and be sustainable and reliable.
Close collaboration
As an integral partner who handles everything for you, close collaboration with our construction partners is key to us. This may be within innovative forms of contract such as Design & Build where we constructively consider the functionality of housing complexes in the preparatory phase. If required, we also work using the building information model (BIM).
Winkels Techniek believes in open communication, working methodically and that "a deal is a deal". We work protectively and with short lines of communication. This means we can move quickly, be creative with our solutions and can build quickly and efficiently. This is the basis on which Winkels Techniek implements its projects within the deadlines, budget and technical requirements.
Quick and efficient
We specialise in quick and series construction of installations within both large and smaller projects. For example, tunnel forming with a lot of repeat work. Winkels Techniek has already supplied the complete installation technology for dozens of series housing construction projects, from electrical engineering and mechanical engineering installations to IT and security. Often supplemented with years of service and maintenance.
